Delivery time from the moment of ordering is 7 working days (if the goods are available at the representative office on site) to 14 working days (in stock). The approximate delivery time is displayed on the product page.
FoGo offers 3 different transport options:
Buy for at least 350 EUR and we will deliver the purchases to you within Riga free of charge.
Omniva or DPD .
If the goods do not fit in the parcel machine, they will be delivered directly to the customer at the address indicated in the order by Omniva, DPD or courier for an additional fee. The time of delivery of the goods is agreed with the customer in advance by phone.
To the post office
The goods are delivered to the nearest post office according to the customer’s location. The customer will be notified of the arrival of the goods at the post office. It is possible to order goods that weigh less than 30 kg and whose dimensions are less than 180x80x60 cm at the post office.
Courier home or office
The time of delivery of the goods is agreed with the customer in advance by phone. Home delivery of goods to the customer is possible between 9:00 and 19:00 E-Rni. The goods are delivered to the customer’s door up to 30 kg. If the weight of the goods is over 30 kg, delivery is only possible if the customer is helpful in unloading the courier. Delivery to the floor is at an additional cost.
Terms of delivery:
- After the entry into force of the contract, the goods will be delivered to the ordered address in accordance with the ordering conditions and at a time previously agreed with the customer.
- The goods shall be delivered within the indicative time indicated on the product sheet.
- If FoGo is unable to deliver the goods within the previously allowed time due to reasons beyond FoGo’s control (the product is temporarily out of stock, the supplier is late due to the reason), We will inform the customer from the entry into force of the contract and forward the new delivery time.
- The courier company will deliver the products to the address indicated by you when placing the order. It is not possible to change the destination later.
- Please check the correctness of the contact information provided when ordering to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products. e-bikeshop.online and the courier company are not responsible for delays in the delivery of products and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or inaccuracy of the information provided by you when placing the order.
- The products will be handed over to you by the courier together with the delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, we strongly recommend that you inspect the packaging of the products and, in the event of external damage, make a note to that effect on the courier’s delivery note. Please notify us of a product with damaged packaging to the e-mail address email@example.com. The product with damaged packaging by the courier company will be replaced.
